GENERAL

 How long have you been a professional photographer?
I have been a professional photographer for 5+ years, I hold a BA Hons in Commercial Photography.


 Are you insured?
Yes of course! I am fully insured including public liability and DBS (previously CRB) checked so rest insured you are in good hands.


 Where is the studio located?
I do not have a studio location, I am fully mobile and travel to locations and clients homes for photoshoots.


When do I pay and how?
A £20 non-refundable deposit is due on booking to reserve your session, the remaining balance is due on the day of your session. 

What if I need to reschedule/cancel my session?

At least 24 hours notice before the session is needed if Client would like to reschedule. The booking fee will be held and applied to the rescheduled session, only one reschedule per client is allowed. Booking deposits are non-refundable and any cancellations made by the client will forfeit the booking deposit.


How do I book?

 Who owns the copyrights?
Copyrights always remain with the photographer. You will receive a personal license and print release so you are able to print and share as much as you'd like. Commercial use is prohibited without written consent.

FAQ

DURING THE SESSION

 

What should I wear?
The simple answer is whatever you want! If your glamorous, wear your sparkliest outfit, if you're always in your wellies, wear them! You want to be yourself, but do make sure it is suitable for your chosen location, I want you to feel as confident as possible. You don’t need to do the whole matching white t-shirt/blue jeans combo with your family, simply try some subtle co-ordination, try colours which compliment each other. I can only give tips on what to wear to get the most out of your session but ultimately you are in control. 


 What should I bring?
You are more than welcome to bring props which are important to you and your family, a change of outfit etc. If you are having a newborn shoot remember to pack all the essentials and snacks for kids!


I don’t know how to pose, will you guide me?
Although I won't get you in any 'posey' poses I know all the tips and tricks to best show off your assets so rest assured you are in good hands, I will guide you all the way so relax and enjoy your session.

What if it rains?

I always keep my eye on the weather leading up to location shoots, in case of lots of rain or snow I will reschedule with you to choose a more suitable day to shoot. Personally I will go ahead and shoot in any weather providing its safe to do so but I will always keep you updated on the situation and you ultimately make the decision to reschedule or go ahead and brave the rain!

AFTER THE SHOOT

 

 How long will we have to wait to view my images?
Up to 2 weeks after your shoot you will get to view your photos via a password protected online gallery and instantly download your low resolution photos to share on facebook and email, around 10 working days after that you will receive your USB containing high resolution photos to print. 

 

How do you deliver?

I use Royal Mail tracked services to deliver USB's, albums and prints


Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, I offer 0% interest free payment plans on larger orders. Great for spreading costs!


Do you edit all the images from the shoot?
I meticulously go through all the photos from your session and cull those which just don't make the cut, this is normally duplicates and eyes shut etc.


Do we get to keep the unedited, RAW files?
I do not give out RAW unedited files. The editing process is just as important as the photo, I apply my signature style during the process before delivering the finished product. You get the low resolution instant downloads from your online gallery plus high resolution photos on your USB for printing.
